KGA is committed to bringing the highest standards of gymnastics to Southeast Asia and raising the standards of gymnastics in Singapore and Thailand. This cannot be achieved with a highly qualified, passionate, and motivated team throughout the organisation.
Our approach to achieving this is to support, develop and nurture people with the desire to be part of our growing team. This takes the form of in-house practical training in the gyms with established senior staff, sponsorship to take courses and program with the governing bodies here in Singapore, tailored learning and development for all staff crafted by our HR department and incentivise bonus programs to allow those performing and contributing more to earn more.

KGA OPPORTUNITIES
Do you love gymnastics but would also like to get exposure to the business side of sports management?
KGA has launched its management trainee program for athletes who have competed at a high level in gymnastics but are also interested in a career in sport outside of coaching.
The program takes place over three years and is split between coaching in the gym developing our gymnasts and office training where you rotate between departments to learn all aspects of the business.
