Class Policies

KGA has a cancellation policy that requires cancellations to be made at least 4 hours before the start of class. This policy allows others time to make arrangements to attend class. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the start of class will result in a charge of one class credit.
Only send your child to the gym 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
Our credits have a 6 months validity from the date of purchase before it expires. The 6 months validity period takes into account potential disruptions such as class closures/cancellations, a child's illness and any travel plans you may have.
All packages purchased are non-refundable and non-extendable.
Our training sessions are held behind closed doors, and we kindly ask that parents refrain from entering the gym during classes to avoid distracting the children.
Please ensure that your child wears the KGA top along with plain black leggings/shorts for all training sessions. Students will not be allowed to enter class if they are not in the proper KGA uniform.
As some classes fill up quickly, we always recommend booking your child's spot early to avoid disappointment.
