KGA offers a range of recreational and competitive classes for all ages and abilities. The basis of all programs are the best practices of Russian gymnastics that set the foundation for competition for those who wish to. Please find more information below on our competitive programs.

Try it out

The Stages program is the internationally recognized FIG rules, which sets the standards for rhythmic gymnastics at the highest of levels. Typically for those who display talent from a young age. This program involves individually bespoke routines and choreography from the highest standards of internationally recognized coaches.

The Levels program is a competitive program designed for rhythmic gymnastics to get girls started in a competitive track from an early age and challenging them to compete against their peers through various routines, apparatus and elements with numerous competitions throughout the year.
