Mommie & Me is a parent-and-toddler gymnastics class in Phuket where your 2–3 year old takes their first steps in gymnastics with you right beside them. This programme aims to develop toddlers from 2 to 3 years old through these 4 aspects: emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioural developments. With involvement of parent and guidance from the coach, it helps to establish one on one relationship with the child and understand their growth and developments better.
