Rhythmic Gymnastics
A perfect blend of ballet, dance, apparatus work brought together in a choregraphed routine. The girls develop flexibility and strength which lays the foundations for the basic elements of competitive gymnastics. For gymnasts who show a love for the sport and are interested in competing, we have periodic assessments to gauge progress and ability. Competitive programs require minimum attendance as we prepare for competitions throughout the year.
General Gymnastics
This differs from rhythmic gymnastics as it does not use equipment such as the rope, ball, hoop or choreographed dance routines. There is a much greater focus on acrobatic elements and movements such as the bridge, cartwheel, handspring and much more. This program also develops strength and flexibility throughout a child’s body.
Mommie & Me
This programme aims to develop toddlers from 2 to 3 years old through these 4 aspects: emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioural developments. With involvement of parent and guidance from the coach, it helps to establish one on one relationship with the child and understand their growth and developments better.
Adult Classes
You are never too old to try! This class is a blend of both flexibility and strength work using the best practises of rhythmic gymnastics, learned and developed by our Head Coach during her competitive and coaching career. Slowly we build up your flexibility and strength throughout the course of the program.
